Returns and Replacements
We have a FAB 7 days No questions asked Return policy. You can make a partial or complete return.

In the event if you receive a damaged or defective product, we will be happy to issue a replacement. All you need to do is raise a request to us and we will take care of the rest.
We are always open to suggestions from our FAB customers and a reason for return helps us to understand on how can we improve user and product experience.
Note:
Personalised Orders cannot be returned & replaced. We do not accept replacement requests & refund for discounted & sale products.
If customer wants to refund/return or exchange after confirmation 50% amount will be deducted on the total order value.
Refund Policy.
Refunds for eligible orders ordered via online payment and cash on delivery orders, we offer only store credit. Shipping charges, Cash-On-Delivery (COD) charges or any other charges are non refundable.
Cancellations
You can cancel your order through My Account Section in 24-48 hrs until its not processed from our end. Once its processed , we would request you to contact us for cancellation as we may still be able to cancel the order if its not picked by courier. Once cancellation is done and refund is approved, please expect refund back to original mode of payment within 5-7 working days.
