  1. You ship to my country?
    We ship all over India for FREE. Out of India charges will be displayed at checkout based on your location.
  2. How much does shipping cost?
    In-India Shipping is FREE. Shipping costs depend on the country of the buyer. Prices are displayed during checkout after a shipping address has been given.
  3. What is the displayed currency on your website? Can I pay with any other currency?
    The prices are all displayed in Indian Rupees. But we accept international payments by foreign credit cards.
  4. Are all your products available?
    Products displayed on our website are currently available. If a product becomes out of stock, we will update the website.
  5. If I order today, when will I receive my shipment?
    We do our best to process every order within 1-2 business days. After processing your order, we will send you a shipping confirmation email for your convenience.
  6. My Order contains a mistake. what should I do?
    Please contact us as soon as you can at info@Fabkraft.com and we will help you correct it. Please use this subject: “CHANGE ORDER: my order number is #99999” for the quickest possible response (including the order number in the subject line will help us locate your order quickly).
  7. I want to change something with my order, but it has already been processed what to do?
    If you have just received the notification, there may still be time for us to change the order. Please contact us quickly at info@Fabkraft.com and we will help you correct it. Please use this subject: “CHANGE ORDER: my order number is #99999” for the quickest possible response (including the order number in the subject line will help us locate your order quickly). If you received the notification a few hours ago, it is probably too late. If the address is incorrect, please email us the right address so that we may send the package again once it comes back to us.
  8. When are you going to send my order?
    We do our best to process every order within 1-2 business days. You should receive a notification when we ship the item. If you did not receive an email, please check your spam folder. Email us at info@Fabkraft.com if you think there is something wrong.
  9. I did not receive my tracking number, what happened?
    If you have not received your tracking number within 2 business days after receiving the shipment confirmation, please contact us at info@Fabkraft.com
  10. I want to cancel my order, but the order has already been shipped! What to do?
    It is probably too late for us to stop the package. Please contact us at info@Fabkraft.com to explain your situation, and we will try our best to help you.
  11. The content of the shipment is not what I ordered. What should I do?
    We sometimes make mistakes and are sorry about that. Please contact us at info@Fabkraft.com and give us your order number in the subject of the email. Please include pictures of the product and the back of the packaging. We will do our best to solve this issue for you quickly.
  12. What do I do if my order was damaged during shipping?
    Sometimes the carrier mishandles the parcels and a product can be damaged during shipping. You should first try to open the package and see if the product inside is also damaged. If there is anything wrong with it, please contact us at info@Fabkraft.com (you should include your order number in the subject of the email) and include pictures of the products and the packaging. We will do our best to accommodate you quickly.
  13. What are you guys going to do next? How do I get updates from you?
    When we decide to release a product, we announce it on our: Facebook Page/ Instagram Page and also through our newsletter. Please sign up for our emails and we will keep you posted.
  14. Where do I find my order number?
    Your order number is an alphanumeric number sent in the confirmation email. For example: #A1234. If you cannot find your order number, you may tell us what email you provided when placing your order and we should be able to locate it.
  15. I cannot find an answer to my questions here. what should I do?Contact us at info@Fabkraft.com We will try to answer you as quickly as possible! 
  16. How long will it take for my order to be delivered?
  17. Orders in India, once shipped, are typically delivered in 1-2 business days in metros, and 4-7 business days for the rest of India. Delivery time may vary depending upon the shipping address and other factors (public holidays, extreme weather circumstances, etc.).
    Please Note: customized order (made-to-order). They will be shipped out 3-4 business days after the order is placed.
  18. How do I track my order?
    You can track your order once it has been dispatched from our website. An email will be sent with a link as well.
  19. What if my order is undelivered?
    For prepaid orders, if our courier partners are unable to deliver the product and they send it back to us, we will initiate a refund.
  20. How to cancel my order?
    Orders that have not been shipped can be cancelled by logging into your account or just dropping mail over info@Fabkraft.com
    If you want to amend your order we will not be able to change anything once shipped.
    For changes in the order before it has been shipped, please call us directly on the number or drop us mail over info@Fabkraft.com and we will see if we can work it out for you.
  21. What kind of artwork can I send? And, what if I don’t have artwork?
    Don’t worry. Send us what you have. Our professional art team will work with what you have to create exactly what you need.
  22. Do you keep my art on file?
    Yes! We keep your artwork on file to make reordering and using your art on other products simple and easy!
  23. Where do I send my artwork?
    Simply reply and attach it to your order confirmation e-mail and we’ll take it from there. You can also send it to info@Fabkraft.com or e-mail directly to your Customer Care Representative.
  24. Will I see a proof before my order goes into production?
    Yes! Unless it is an exact reorder, you always see an ‘e-proof’ of your item which must be approved by you before we proceed.
  25. Use of Trademarks
    If we use artwork you have supplied to customize your product, you are warranting that you have unrestricted right and authority to use and distribute that artwork.
  26. What if I’m unhappy with my order?
    If you’re unhappy with your order because the product is defective or ‘not as promised’ or the print quality isn’t ‘spot on’ just contact our Customer Care Representative and we’ll do our best to replace your unused order.
